Though you should express gratitude to the maternal figures in your life every day, the actual Mother’s Day celebration is coming up this Sunday, May 10.
Brunch has been the go-to meal on this holiday, though since restaurants are only allowed to do to-go options right now, there won’t be any patio mimosas or decadent pancakes unless you either make them at home or pick up one of the tasty feasts offered by eateries all over the city. And there are other ways to enjoy the day and show mom just how awesome you think she is, from spa packages to flowers to sweets.
