LUBBOCK, Texas – In the final event of day one of the Big 12 Indoor Championship, the Pokes shined brightest.

Joining the Cowboy DMR on the podium in the first day of competition was multis Cowgirls Bailey Golden and Maddie Meiner. Golden earned the runner-up finish with 3,891 points, besting her own school record and setting a new personal record.

Meiner has made an impact for OSU multis in this her freshman year and her abilities were proven today with her podium finish at 3,708 points on the day. Her point total is the second-best in program history.

The multis Cowboys found success of their own in the first half of day one. All three of Oklahoma State's multis men earned top-10 marks in the shot put and each put up personal bests in the high jump to end their first day at the Sports Performance Center.
