EMMAUS, Pa. - Emmaus defeated Freedom 11-7 in an EPC girls' lacrosse battle of unbeaten teams on Thursday night at Memorial Field. With the win the Green Hornets improved to 11-0 this season.
Julia Cote recorded five goals for Emmaus to lead the way in the victory.
The Green Hornets led 6-3 at halftime, but saw that advantage dwindle to just one goal in the second half before they pulled away in the closing minutes.
