On May 10, which is Mother's Day, New York's PAUSE order will remain in effect.
That means restaurant dining rooms will be closed, so your Mother's Day meal will have to be takeout — unless you want to cook it yourself.
It also means that all gatherings — including Mother's Day parties — are still prohibited from taking place.
Many area restaurants will be open for takeout and delivery. Here are some places doing something extra special for Mother's Day.

Avvino
Where: 2541 Monroe Ave. in Brighton.
What: Meal with choice of an appetizer, entree and two sides. Entrees include smoked turkey, porchetta, salmon, vegetable lasagna and Chateaubriand (extra $8). Full menu on Facebook. Optional add-ons include flower bouquets, desserts, cocktails and wine.
Cost: $45 per person for the dinner.

Pickup details: No-contact pickup times will be arranged between 2 and 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 10.
Mother's Day: Gift ideas that will make mom's day and support local businesses
Barnard Restaurant
Where: 360 Maiden Lane, Greece.
What: Mother's Day Brunch in a Box includes scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, breakfast potato, pancake, French toast, English muffin, fresh fruit and a muffin.
Cost: $10 per person, plus tax.

Pickup details: It will be served hot from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Curbside service is available upon request.
Dolce Cupcakery
Where: 50 State St., Pittsford
What: Mother's Day of bouquet of eight cupcakes, with your choice of flavors and colors. (Other options available.)
Cost: $40 for regular, $42 for gluten free.

Gourmet Goodies
Where: 75 Coville St., Victor.
What: Meal for four includes apple-cinnamon french toast casserole or choice of quiche; salad with mixed greens and fruit; lemon-blueberry scones or glazed bread; fresh fruit tarts. It is packaged with reheating instructions.
Cost: $70.

Hedges Nine Mile Point
Where: 1290 Lake Road, Webster.
What: Special take-out Mother's Day menu includes appetizers, entrees, desserts and a children's menu. The entrees include prime rib of beef, chicken French, grouper and roasted turkey breast.
Cost: Entrees range from $24 for chicken French to $32 for prime rib.

The Hideaway
Where: 197 Park Ave.
What: Brunch for four people includes quiche Lorraine, french toast casserole and vegetable lasagna.
Cost: $45 for brunch. Optional add-ons include mimosa kit ($15); bloody Mary ($25); hanging flower basket ($20).

Pickup details: It is designed to pick up Saturday; heat and serve Sunday morning. Pickup also available Sunday morning. Drive-through window.
Marty's on Park
Where: 703 Park Ave.
What: Family-style dinner includes crispy chicken breast with arugula salad; hash browns; mini quiche Lorraine; asparagus with Hollandaise; cheddar and spring onion cornbread; carrot and cream cheese cupcakes.
Cost: $25 per person.

Monroe's Restaurant
Where: 3001 Monroe Ave., Brighton.
What: Many options range from an a la carte brunch, family dinners and a la carte dinners. Complete menus at monroes3001.com.
Cost: Prices start at $110 for The Monroe, which includes a choice of quiche; fresh fruit, bacon or sausage; roasted potatoes; sticky buns; mimosas or wine for four. The Ultimate, $300 for four people, is the most extravagant of the meals.

Olympia
Where: 2380 Lyell Avenue, Gates.
What: Breakfast special is a waffle with fresh strawberries and whip cream. Dinner specials include a ham dinner, haddock french, chicken Parmesan, chicken French, baked lamb shank and more.
Cost: Waffle special is $7.99. Dinner specials range from $14.99 to $18.99.

Pane Vino on the Avenue
Where: 3400 Monroe Ave., Pittsford.
What: Two choices of family dinners for four. An eggplant primo dinner includes fried eggplant with veggies over penne pasta and choice of salad. A sliced beef tenderloin dinner includes sliced beef tenderloin, choice of sauce, vegetables, roasted potatoes and choice of salad. Cocktails are also available.
Cost: $40 for the eggplant dinner; $75 for the sliced beef tenderloin dinner. A strawberry fields salad that serves one to two people is available for an additional $12.

Piccolo Fazools Bistro
Where: 73 South Main Street, Brockport.
What: Meal serves six to eight people. It comes with choice of chicken; meatballs or Italian sausage with peppers and onions; choice of pasta; choice of vegetable; choice of potato. Includes a green salad and dinner rolls.
Cost: $100.

Susan Plunkett's Fabulous Food
Where: The Genesee Valley Regional Market in Henrietta.
What: Choose from six individual brunch or dinner meals or three family dinners. All include sides and nearly all include desserts.
Cost: Individual meals range from $11.95 to $16.50 per person. Family meals include turkey dinner for four ($75), roast beef dinner for four ($85) or ham dinner for six ($100).
How to order: Call (585) 957-1133 by Saturday morning for a complete menu and to place your order. Extra sides are available.

The Kitchen

Tournedos Steakhouse
Where: The Inn on Broadway, 26 Broadway downtown.
What: Complete meal includes pasta primavera, Caesar salad, choice of one entree, choice of two sides and cannoli for dessert. Also includes breads, orange juice and a split of sparkling wine.
Cost: $49 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
