Prandini returns from an earlier appearance in the semifinals of the 100 meters where she recorded season-best times of 11.11 in each round. At the U.S. Olympic Team Trials, the former UO standout posted a personal best of 21.89 in a runner-up finish. Prandini was a semifinalist in the 200 meters at the 2016 Games in Rio.
Prandini is scheduled to race in heat seven in the opening round. Those advancing out of the first round of the women's 200 meters are back on the track approximately nine hours later to run in the semifinals.
Hull will be making her Olympic debut when she lines up in the first round of the women's 1500 meters. She has a season-best time of 4:00.73 from the Sound Running Sunset Tour stop (July 18) in Mission Viejo, Calif. Hull will run in heat two of three.
